Petty Officer 3rd Class Felix Stone, quartermaster assigned to USS Wasp takes his annual Quartermaster test at the Afloat Training Group Atlantic as part of Surface Line Week 2008. Surface Line Week is a week long series of competitive events, during which Hampton Roads area surface warriors show off their professional and athletic prowess. It is an opportunity to promote greater coordination and communication among surface warriors, to build esprit de corps and camaraderie and to recognize professional excellence across the force.
