U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Brandon Ah You, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department firefighter from Thousand Oaks, CA., rappels 120 feet from the top of a water tower during a training session Sept. 4, on RAF Mildenhall, England. Firefighters here received training from instructors from the 435th Construction and Training Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on a variety of rescue techniques and scenarios including operational risk management, incident management system, ground support for helicopter operations and confined space rescue. This training is vital to keep first responders proficient in procedures in the event that a rescue requires such skills. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere/Released)
