U.S. military equipment and personnel will represent the United States at this year's D-Day 72nd commemoration events, May 31 - June 6, 2016. Approximately 350 paratroopers and support personal from units in Europe and the United States are scheduled to attend. U.S. military personnel participating in the commemoration will include Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines. Participation in this premier event highlights the strength of the U.S. commitment to the security of Europe.
