Tech. Sgt. Chad Newman plays the drums during a dedication ceremony at the Abdraev Music School in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Oct. 1, 2012. The ceremony celebrated the substantial upgrades of the school, which included the replacement of windows, renovation of the ceiling and painting the walls of the auditorium and additional rooms on the third story. Newman is the U.S. Air Forces Central Band "Top Flight" percussionist deployed from Joint Base San Antonio, Texas and a native of Arlington, Texas.
