The ceremony strengthened the successful partnership between the Transit Center at Manas and the Kyrgyz Republic. Martin is the Transit Center at Manas director, McCormick is the acting deputy chief of missions with the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek and Junosov is the Minister of Culture and Tourism in Kyrgyzstan.
