Staff Sgt. Gregory Lacy plays the guitar during a dedication ceremony at the Abdraev Music School in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Oct. 1, 2012. The ceremony strengthened the successful partnership between the Transit Center at Manas and the Kyrgyz Republic. Lacy is the U.S. Air Forces Central Band "Top Flight" lead guitarist deployed from Joint Base San Antonio, Texas and a native of Houston.
