Tech. Sgt. Christin Foley encourages the audience to clap during a dedication ceremony at the Abdraev Music School in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Oct. 1, 2012. The ceremony strengthened the successful partnership between the Transit Center at Manas and the Kyrgyz Republic. Foley is the U.S. Air Forces Central Band "Top Flight" lead singer deployed from Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, and a native of Cleveland.
