A view from the bowsprit as USS Constitution gets underway under her own power for the second and final time in 2007 from Boston, Aug. 31. Constitution made 3.5 knots using six sails manned by more than 150 CPO selectees. At 209 years old, USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world.
