    Petty Officer 2nd Class Jack Shrader, an information systems technician, mans the helm aboard the USS Constitution during an underway demonstration in Boston Harbor, Aug. 31. Sailing under her own power for the second and final time in 2007, USS Constitution made 3.5 knots using six sails manned by more than 150 CPO selectees. At 209 years old, USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world.
