Members of the Joint POW/Accounting Pacific Command stand by awaiting the start of a Repatriation Ceremony at Hangar 35 on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii for the the remains of three service members June 17. Two of the remains were from the WWII period, while the other is from the Vietnam War period. The Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, which is responsible for searching, recovering and identifying remains of fallen U.S. service members from past conflicts.
