Members of the joint color guard stand by during a repatriation ceremony at Hangar 35 on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii June 17 for the remains of three fallen Americans from past conflicts. Two of the remains were from the WWII period, while the other is from the Vietnam War period. The Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, which is responsible for searching, recovering and identifying remains of fallen U.S. service members from past conflicts.
