Sgt. Dustin M. Huckaby, a Las Vegas, Nevada, native, guides vehicles onto a high-speed vessel July 14 at Kin Red, Okinawa. The Marines were departing Okinawa to participate in Korean Marine Exchange Program 14-12 with Republic of Korea Marines. KMEP is a regularly scheduled exercise that enhances interoperability and strengthens the already existing relationship between the two forces. Huckaby is an assault amphibious vehicle crewman with 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, which is currently attached to Combat Assault Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III MEF, under the unit deployment program..
