Cpl. Ryan E. Walker looks through his sights and prepares to fire his M4 service rifle Feb. 6 during a small-arms live-fire package at Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. The package covered weapons tactics and retaught the Marines over subjects such as proper hand placement, sight picture, different positions they will be shooting from, transition drills, live immediate action drills and pistol work. The package ended with a pistol qualification course. Walker is a reconnaissance man with Company A, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
