U.S. Army Sgt. Drew Ayers (right), a military police officer with 4th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, from Fresno, Calif., gives the maximum range of an M4 assault rifle during a question and answer board which served as the final event of 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division’s non-commissioned officer and Soldier of the quarter competition Jan. 24, 2014, at Forward Operating Base Fenty. Ayers and others from across each of the brigade’s deployed battalions met at FOB Fenty for two days of events.
