Staff Sgt. Rob Rouleau, a psychological operations non-commissioned officer from Colebrook, N.H., assigned to the 312th Tactical Psychological Operations Company, conducts an assessment with a local Iraqi business owner in the Abu T'shir Market street, located in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. Rouleau, who currently supports Soldiers from Troop C, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, accompanies the cavalry scouts, working with interpreters daily as they conduct assessments of the local communities and neighborhoods in the predominately Shia community that is home to approximately 60,000 Iraqis. The Soldiers of Comanche Troop are enrolling local Iraqi business owners for microgrant applications to help foster better relationships within the community and improve the quality of life for Iraqis.
