Sergeant Matteo Marshall, a section leader with Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, from Mogliano Veneto, Italy, receives his citation from Brig. Gen. James W. Lukeman, the 2nd Marine Division commanding general, for earning the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter for 2nd Marine Division from April through June 2013 during a morning colors and awards ceremony Aug. 22, 2013. Other awards Marshall was given include a 2nd Marine Division plaque, a pocket knife and a glass trophy.
