Sergeant Zachariah Peschl, the operations chief for Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, is congratulated for earning the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal during a morning colors and awards ceremony Aug. 22, 2013. Peschl was awarded for being the Division color sergeant and operations chief from January 2012 through August 2013.
