    3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne)

During exercise Sage Eagle 25-4, U.S. Army Green Berets assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) trained hundreds of Air Force security forces personnel with the Air National Guard as an operable partner force. Exercise Sage Eagle is a recurring, battalion-sized, unconventional warfare exercise that validates Special Forces’ ability to train and incorporate partner forces in unfamiliar environments. Sage Eagle’s stressful, realistic training prepares Air National Guard defenders for rapidly securing contingency locations while shifting their mindset towards the operational demands of complex evolving environments.
