U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. John P. Stanley assumes command of the 7th Mission Support Command during a change of command ceremony in Kaiserslautern, Germany, June 28, 2025. He succeeds Brig. Gen. Karen S. Monday-Gresham, who led the command since 2023. The 7th MSC is the only forward stationed U.S. Army Reserve Command in Europe, enabling integration at the service, joint, and multinational levels in the European theater and is capable of interfacing with NATO allies and other partners in the event of crisis or conflict. It can rapidly deploy an immediate response capability and provide Title 10 support for European-based units. (U.S. Army Reserve video by Spc. Kirsti Anne Beckett)
