The first bilateral noncommissioned leadership exchange program for U.S. Marines, Sailors and Japan Air Self-Defense Force airmen was hosted on Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Feb. 28, 2025. NCOs from the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and JASDF collaborated in training exercises and classes while sharing their knowledge and experience with each other, further strengthening the U.S.-Japan alliance.
