This Memorial PT reminds Marines of the incident in May 2015, during Operation Sahayogi Haat, a humanitarian mission following the devastating earthquakes in Nepal, two Communication Strategy and Operations Marines, Cpl. Sara Medina and Lance Cpl. Jacob Hug were killed in a helicopter crash. Medina was a combat photographer, and Hug was a combat videographer, both assigned to Marine Corps Installations Pacific in Okinawa, Japan.
