Members of the 106th Rescue Wing participated in a Mass Accident Response Exercise at Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, N.Y., November 6-7, 2024. The exercise was led by the 106th’s Inspector General team and simulated a hard landing of an HC-130J Combat King II search and rescue aircraft with a reported onboard radiation hazard.
