Soldiers with the XVIII Airborne Corps were tested in four patrol lanes; resection, move under fire, range card preparation, and transmit a SPOT report, which is a report used to send critical information quickly over radio during the XVIII Airborne Corps Best Squad Competition at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, April 30, 2024. The competition tests the Squad’s proficiency in warrior tasks and battle drills and identifies the most cohesive, highly trained, disciplined, and fit team that is ready to fight and win.
