The 127th Wing has been at the forefront of Agile Combat Employment (ACE) by utilizing A-10 Thunderbolt II (fighter) and KC-135 Stratotanker (Refueling) assets to adapt to the latest Air Force war-fighting model. Since 2020, the 127th Wing has practiced ACE during Mobility Guardian 21, Northern Agility 22, Agile Chariot 23, German Air Defender 23, and Northern Strike 21 22 and 23.
