Members of the Djiboutian Battalion d’intervention rapide (BIR), along with advisors from the US Army 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade, load onto a C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft operated by the 75th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron on Feb. 22, 2024, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The service members were en route to a multinational training exercise called Justified Accord 2024, which is designed to increase partner readiness during crisis response and humanitarian missions.
