On this AFN Europe Report: On September 15th, A U.S. Sixth Fleet exercise with multinational allies and partners concluded in Costanza, Romania. The land and sea-based exercise enhance the capabilities of the Black Sea and Partnership for peace maritime security forces while progressively training and preparing for Ukraine Maritime Command Staff. Exercises such as this build interoperability and cohesion amongst NATO allies and partners demonstrating our shared commitment to security and stability. Exercise Rapid Transit commenced on September 10th in the country of Moldova. This exercise enhances U.S. partnerships with Moldova and Romania. Rapid Trident training focused on peacekeeping, medical treatment and evacuation, unmanned aircraft system operations and Homeland and territorial defense operations.
