U.S. Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 242 load GBU-12 Paveway II laser-guided bombs into F-35B Lightning II aircraft at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, June 28, 2022. VMFA-242 conducted close air support with the inert bombs at Combined Arms Training Center, Fuji in support of 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment.
