Trauma can come in all shapes and sizes. For Army Capt. Joshua Mantz, it came in the form of a shard of metal which ripped through his femoral artery and left him legally dead for 15 minutes. In this video, Capt. Mantz shares his personal story of recovery and thanks the clinical psychologists at Walter Reed Army Medical Center for their PTSD-preventing psychological treatment.
