The 88th Communications Group officially inactivated during a ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio April 29, 2022. The 88th Communications Squadron will now fall under the 88th Mission Support Group and the 88th Operations Support Squadron will fall under the 88th Air Base Wing.
