The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) is known as the Army's Face to the World because of relationships the organization has with partners and allies. USASAC builds partner capacity, supports geographical Combatant Commands, and strengthens U.S. global partnerships through security assistance and foreign military sales. Brig. Gen. Garrick Harmon, USASAC's commanding general and West Point graduate, along with Command Sergeant Major Sean Rice and members of the Security Assistance Liaison Officer (SALO) program have one unified message to share this week.
