The Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep checks for maintenance needs for various guzzlers on and around the Combat Center at Twentynine Palms, California, August 30, 2021. The Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep have been maintaining watering holes for the local bighorn sheep for the past 15 years and are an integral part for these creatures as they traverse the High Desert mountains during the summer months.
