Retired U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Lee Reed meets with Marines from 3rd Battalion, 2d Marine Regiment (3/2), 2d Marine Division, Mr. Reed shared his experiences during World War II during a visit at Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 9, 2021. Reed, who served in World War II while assigned to 3/2, visited the Marines to see how weapons and equipment have evolved, as well as to pass off wisdom and share his experiences.
