U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Kerry L. Muehlenbeck, the Adjutant General of Arizona and Director of the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, meets with Soldiers, Airmen, food bank staff and Yuma County Sheriff Deputies in Yuma, Ariz., June 30, 2021. During her visit, Muehlenbeck applauded these individuals for their continued efforts to meet the needs of Arizona citizens and communities. Since March 2020, the Arizona National Guard has activated more than 900 Arizona Citizen-Soldiers and Airmen to support food banks, county and local governments, and other community needs.
