210518-N-FF029-002 BIZERTE, Tunisia (May 18, 2021) Members of U.S. Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Team South conducted restraint device, tactical approach, and detainee contact training with members of the Royal Armed Forces of Morocco. Exercise Phoenix Express is designed to improve regional cooperation, maritime domain awareness, information-sharing practices, and operational capabilities, enhancing efforts to promote safety and security in the Mediterranean Sea and territorial waters of participating North African nations.
