Joshua Martinek, a Sexual Harassment Assault Response Prevention (SHARP) representative assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 299th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division talks about his experience as a SHARP representative while supporting operations at the California State University Los Angeles Community Vaccination Center March 25, 2021. Martinek also talked about how he has managed to make better connections with other Soldiers thanks to his role as a SHARP representative.
