Soldiers from the Connecticut National Guard's 1-102nd Infantry Regiment (Mountain) received Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) during a Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI) event at the Armory in Waterbury, Conn. Feb. 24, 2021. The 1-102nd is scheduled to deploy later this year in support of of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
