B-roll of U.S. military service members, participating in MEDFLAG 2009, visited the Emanuel Khayalethu Child and Youth Care center in Motjane, Swaziland, Aug. 14, 2009. They delivered food and toys to adults and children. Heart for America volunteers were also on hand working at the home. MEDFLAG 2009 is a military exercise which is a joint partnership between the US Army and Umbutfo Swaziland Defense Force. DoD video by: Staff Sgt. Matthew Bright
