Col. Howard Lloyd, commander of the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, and Command Sgt. Maj. Sean Livolsi, senior enlisted advisor of the 28th ECAB, answer questions from Gail Sweigert, family readiness support assistant for the 28th ECAB, in regards to the brigade's upcoming deployment and COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
