U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, participate in the Mechanized Assault Course during Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 1-20 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., Oct. 17, 2019. The purpose of ITX is to create a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) and to prepare units for their role in the MAGTF Warfighting Exercise.
