Dr. Love wishes everyone a happy and spooktacular Halloween and urges you to take the necessary steps to keeping it safe. Make sure your little ghouls and goblins wear reflective tape, use glow sticks or carry a flashlight so they can be seen. Be sure masks don’t limit or block their eyesight, and costumes are flame resistant. On average, children are more than twice as likely to be hit by a car and killed on Halloween than on any other day of the year.
