LOUIS (Sept. 3, 2019) Sailors assigned the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS St. Louis (LCS 19) and Navy Operational Support Center St. Louis volunteer at Food Roof Urban Harvest STL, Sept. 3, as part of St. Louis Navy Week. The Navy Week program serves as the Navy’s principle outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
