Swimming in the ocean poses many dangers to our Airmen including the possibility of being caught in a riptide. Dr. Love takes a moment to discuss the importance of knowing what to do in this situation. A riptide may pull you away from the shore, but it will not pull you under the water, so stay calm and swim parallel to the shore.
