Hawaii National Guard Soldiers and Airmen recently visited an orphanage in Manila Philippines at the end of State Partnership Program (SPP) exchange.
As the Hawaii National Guards Incident Awareness and Assessment Subject Matter Expert Exchange drew to a close the National Guard Soldiers and Airman took the opportunity to bring some aloha to an orphanage in Manila that has been adopted by the Hawaii National Guard State Partnership Program.
