    HIDOD is over 6,000 individuals strong and led by a director called The Adjutant General. HIDOD includes five divisions: the Hawaiʻi Army National Guard, the Hawaiʻi Air National Guard, the Hawaiʻi Emergency Management Agency, the Office of Veterans’ Services and Civilian Military Programs.

    Multinational service members participate in a self-organized “Cyberthon” during Exercise Super Garuda Shield 2026 in Indonesia. The event combined physical fitness activities with cyber challenges, testing participants’ technical skills, teamwork and physical readiness while building camaraderie among cyber professionals from participating nations. Super Garuda Shield 2026 is an annual multilateral military exercise led by the Indonesian National Armed Forces and U.S. military that strengthens interoperability and readiness among participating forces.
