The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District's Mobile Liaison Team supports the Halls Levee District by stationing seven pumps on the levee to drain water from the fields around L448-443 just south of St. Joseph, Mo. Levee safety and flood risk management are a shared responsibility. Life Safety is our top priority and our engineers are on the ground with the communities that we, the Kansas City District serve.
