    Missouri National Guard Public Affairs Office

    Mr. John Hark has been the Emergency Management Director with Hannibal, Missouri and Marion County, Missouri for more than 40 years. He shared his experience with the Missouri National Guard during flood relief operations.

    The National Guard Soldiers answered the call to support the community in this time of need. They’re from the 35th Engineer Brigade’s 1438th Engineer Company (Multirole Bridge Company), the 1-129th Field Artillery and the 3175th MP Company.

    Soldiers worked to reinforce a levee along the Mississippi River near Historic Downtown Hannibal.
