On April 10th, 2019, Naval Health Clinic New England (NHCNE) Sailors were meritoriously advanced to the next paygrade through the Meritorious Advancement Program. The NHCNE Triad, along with other leadership, surprised 11 Sailors with news of their immediate advancement and they were pinned by their leadership with the new rank insignia.
