Kevin Pickard, as Naval Air Station Sigonella commanding officer, during a Change of Command Ceremony onboard NAS Sigonella. NAS Sigonella is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be when and where they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
