U.S. Marines with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division (2dMarDiv), conduct a ship-to-shore movement with the USS Oak Hill (LSD-51) on Onslow Beach, N.C., March 3, 2019. The Marines rehearsed moving from ship-to-shore in the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV-P7/A1) to effectively transport personnel and maintain combat readiness in the event of an amphibious assault operation.
