Over 250 Airmen attended the Technical Sergeants Involved and Mentoring Enlisted Airmen Workshop, from Dec. 9 to 14, 2018, in Southbridge, Mass. The TIME workshop targets noncommissioned officers in the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and active duty Air Force. Airmen from eight different states attended this year and it has been held biannually since 2012.
Speakers included Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, Air National Guard director; Maj. Gen. George Keefe, The Adjutant General of Massachusetts; and Brig. Gen. Christopher Faux, Massachusetts’ Assistant Adjutant General for Air.
The workshop provides tools that these NCOs can use to become better leaders.
